Tax Information

  • The sales tax rate is 6.75%

  • All vendors are required to file and submit sales tax electronically using the Ohio Business Gateway at tax.ohio.gov/business

  • Vendors with a base of operations outside Ohio must complete an Ohio ST1 tax form before they sell goods or services at the John S. Knight Center. Register and get more information at tax.ohio.gov/business

Parking Information

Vendor Parking Map

Vendors may park in the Art Museum open-air parking lot on S Broadway and E Market St. Enter the Art Museum lot from S Broadway just east of the loading area.
Alternate parking is in the City Center Parking Deck on South High St and East Mill St. or the Market Parking Deck next to the Library on South High St.
Please reserve the Broadway Parking Garage for attendees only. This is the Parking Garage that is attached to the venue with a Sky Bridge.
On event days, the man door next to the loading area nearest the Art Museum parking lot will be staffed, and vendors with name badges can enter between 8 AM and 11 AM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

John S. Knight Center 2026 Booth Fees*

 

10 x 10 = $1,045  

10 x 15 = $1,567.50       

10 x 20 = $2,090      

10 x 25 = $2,612.50

10 x 30 = $3,135

10 x 40 = $4,180

 

Corner fees: $300

 

End Cap 10' deep x 20' wide  = $2,895 (includes corner fees)

 

Peninsula

20' x 20'  = $4,780  (includes 2 corners)

20' x 30' = $6,870  (includes 2 corners)

20' x 40' = $8,960  (includes 2 corners)

 

 

The early bird discount is not applicable with other discounts. 
Teaching credits do not qualify as a booth deposit.
Credits are applied after the discount.

 

*Space is limited, not all configurations may be available, alternate configurations may be possible

 

*Booths NOT paid in full by April 17th, 2026, will incur a 10% late charge, may not be included in vendor listings, and may not receive a booth sign

 

*The above prices do not include the processing fee of 3.5% added for all payments made by credit card

 

*Waive the processing fee when paid by check
