Monday 4:00pm – Thursday 11:30am   Great news! There’s a new way to become a Martha Pullen Licensed Teacher! In light of today’s busy schedules, the Serger III curriculum is being offered for the very first time as Serger III EXPRESS. The EXPRESS version gives you the opportunity to complete your licensing – in person, with the best teachers in the world, as always – in just 3 days. Your time at this EXPRESS Licensing retreat will be spent at the serger, using beautiful kits and lovely threads, learning the best techniques and all the tricks for certain success. Plus, you’ll have more fun than you can even imagine! It all culminates in joint ownership to this fabulous serger curriculum with a certificate to prove it!

Licensing EXPRESS is designed to give you the whole curriculum (yes! the entire curriculum), along with the experience of a face-to-face retreat, in a shortened time frame. The Serger III curriculum includes over 25 projects with 14 specifically selected Martha Pullen-style kits for you to serge during your time with us. As with all licensings, you won’t complete all kits while we’re together, but you will gain the essential knowledge to finish each and every project in the curriculum. All 25 projects!

YES! You will own the copyright to the entire curriculum.
YES! You can copy and teach all projects.
YES! You are allowed to sell completed projects in the curriculum without worry of restraint.
YES! You can take Serger III even if you haven’t taken Serger I or Serger II! They are not prerequisites.
YES! You can attend a licensing even if you have no plans to teach at all! Many attend just for the fun and wonderful projects.
New Bonus: Yes! You will have lifetime access to watch the video and review all the lessons and techniques when Serger III appears as an online Licensing Course.

Your retreat will begin with learning about the serger – threading, tensions, stitch width, stitch length and differential feed. Move on to serger fundamentals – beginning and ending seams, outside and inside curves, outside and inside corners, plackets, etc. Then we jump in with both feet – covering techniques, tips and tricks for heirloom, quilting, serging with knits, exceptional accessory feet, specialty stitches, working with decorative threads and much, much more! When you leave, you’ll not only be a master of the serger, you’ll have completed the required steps to be a Licensed Martha Pullen Teacher.

Your kits include:
  • Christening Ensemble – Gown, Slip, Jacket, Bonnet
  • Kid’s Knit Jammies – Top and Pants (sizes 4-8)
  • Flip and Serge Blanket
  • Ladies Jacket
  • Chiffon Scarf
  • Laptop Sleeve
