Price: $39.00

Simple construction and large blocks make this a perfect beginner friendly quilt. We'll talk about best practices for cutting and piecing, a little bit of quilt math, color selection and final assembly. I'll be sewing right alongside you and will be there to answer any questions you may have along the way. I have to say, this is my go-to quilt and I think it will be yours, too! Bring your own fabric; see supply list for details.

Prerequisite: Must be able to use a rotary cutter and be familiar with your sewing machine

Advance Prep: Be sure to purchase the kit at least two weeks prior to class using the link in the Student Supply List.

(if you are ordering less than two weeks before the class, you are welcome to join the class as scheduled, and follow along with the recording once the kit has arrived as you will have access to the recorded class for one year.)

You will also need:

2 Layer Cakes * OR (10) 1/3 yard of assorted light fabrics (10) 1/3 yard of assorted dark fabrics 5/8 yard binding fabric 4 yards backing fabric. Batting, at least 80 x 80 inches. Rotary cutter with new blade, mat, 12 1/2 inch ruler, 24 inch ruler, iron, sewing machine with 1/4 inch foot and neutral color thread.
Completion Level: Students will complete the components for 1 star of the quilt
