Learn the art of making dimensional flowers—from Big and Bold to small and delicate. What will you embellish? A quilt? A hat? A garment? wristband? Demonstrations and directions for each step will help you create in and out of the classroom. Learn how to make both attached flowers and free-standing flowers. And, leaves, we love leaves, folded, stitched and turned, bonded and double sided. You will also receive samples of ready-made leaves of different types. And, let’s not forget what a bit of colored pencil enhancement can do for both petals and leaves. Let’s see how many we can complete in class. Oh, you didn’t completely finish everything in the class handout, but you saw the demos for each one? Finish up at home, send Jill a picture and she’ll send you a bonus pattern.
