In this workshop, you’ll explore combining inks with different media to create unique fabric backgrounds. Dive into the art of transformation as you use spray, marbling, and stenciling techniques with Tsukineko inks to turn a 9” x 9” piece of basic fabric into a stunning birch forest scene. This enchanting design, featuring a subtle background with the intricate beauty of birch bark, will yield a unique fabric square perfect for a quilt, a stylish tote bag, embellishing a jean jacket, or as a statement piece for a quilted vest. The skills you acquire will elevate your creative journey to new heights!
