We will explore different methods of applique: invisible applique, using decorative stitches, mastering curves and corners, buttonhole stitch options, and the best tools on the market today for successful applique. You’ll complete this project with a technique for the border that gives it a scalloped edge, without having to use a specialty ruler. Together, we’ll have fun crafting a unique Mylar flower and surrounding it with appliqué shapes using both traditional and creative new methods.
