Creative play and fearless stitching have led Betty to really get the most from her sergers. Explore a variety of fabulous serger techniques including beading, lace, pleats and more as you create your own technique notebook in class. You’ll want to take notes (and maybe some pictures) during the accompanying trunk show, where each technique is used to best advantage.
Advanced beginner.
Some previous serger experience.
Paper scissors, dressmaker shears, small scissors or snips, straight pins, tape measure, seam gauge (6" ruler), pencil, fabric marking instrument (pen, pencil or chalk), seam ripper, any notions you can't sew without.
Complete at least 6 different serger techniques.
