Rules and Updates:
- Members of affiliated Quilt Guilds may enter begining February 16, 2024
- Non-member individuals may enter beginning March 15, 2024
- Deadline for all entries is May 28, 2024
- Submit entries individually up until the deadline
- Each entrant will receive an email bill with a payment link.
- Entry fees are due June 21, 2024

PART SIX: Traveling Quilt Display
We will curate a group of quilts called 'The Showcase of North Texas Quilt Festival' to be exhibited at Original Sewing & Quilt Expo events in 2025.
Quilts will be selected in December 2024. If selected, you will be given further instructions at that time, and your quilt will be traveling from February through November of 2025.
At all times your Quilt will be securely handled by the expert staff of Original Sewing & Quilt Expo. It will be insured, stored and exhibited in climate controled enviroments.
PART SEVEN: Entry Fees
$25 per quilt for current members of a Quilt Guild hosting the event
$40 per quilt entry for all others
Contest entry fees are due June 28, 2024
After your quilt(s) entry is approved, you will receive a bill (via email) with a link to pay by credit card. The email will be from Original Sewing & Quilt Expo and the email address will be from invoicing@messaging.squareup.com
