Sunrise in The Smokies creates a lovely display of color and shape in this simple yet elegant modern design. Using a roll of 2.5-inch-wide fabric strips, some white fabric and a few piecing tricks you will be able to stitch your very own sunrise. Nelly will share her process for playing with color placement to help you create your own unique quilt story. You will complete a few blocks during class and finish the quilt top at home. Bring your own fabric; see the supply list for details.
