- Experience Level: Intermediate
- Prerequisite: Must have some sewing experience, and be familiar and comfortable with the machine brought to class, including threading, winding bobbins, changing needles and setting stitches.
- Advance Prep: Complimentary lunch is included. You will receive a voucher in class to use at the concessions counter.
- Supply List:
Paper scissors, dressmaker shears, small scissors or snips, straight pins, tape measure, seam gauge (6" ruler), pencil, marking instrument (pen, pencil or chalk) and seam ripper. Sewing machine in good working order - must have blind hem, buttonhole stitch or similar. Needle DOWN or SLOW function helpful but not essential. Power cord and foot control, extra needles (80/12), instruction manual, general purpose foot, open toe foot, at least 2 bobbins and neutral sewing thread.
- Completion Level: Most students will complete 9 - 12" blocks in class
