It’s amazing how much information can be packed into just one hour! This is a great session for anyone who sews garments, offering so much of what we need to know, logically and with great samples to illustrate her lessons. Learn how to decide what fabric works best for your garment to begin. Then for tops, learn to adjust shoulder angle, add a bust dart when necessary, adjust a sleeve to fit your armhole and bicep (no puckers allowed), see hem treatments to maximize stomach coverage and learn the fastest and easiest way to put the pieces together. For bottoms, learn to adjust a pattern to fit your seat, how to change leg styles and how to prevent twisted legs (in your pants!). See how to adjust ease as you sew, and easy waistline elastic techniques.
