Cosmetic serger-y is the blending of construction and decorative serger techniques. Beyond it's use for finishing edges, the serger can also be an important embellishment tool. Whether you're a new serger owner or have been using one for years, learn some very cool techniques, explore a wide variety of decorative threads and add an entirely new dimension to your garment, home décor or quilt artistry.
