Have great fun making a one-of-a-kind vest for that special little person in your life, and take home ideas and techniques for all kinds of creative sweatshirt projects. Sue Marsh's Caterwauling collection from RJR Fabrics and the fun of Texture Magic combine in this quick and adorable project. It’s play-time for grown-ups! Materials include Caterwauling fabric and coordinates, braids, yarns, ribbons, embellishments, Swarovski crystals, glitzy paints, closures, etc.
