Runway Show & Contest Entry Form

To participate in the Cosplay Runway Show & Contest, fill out this form by 11:00 the day of the event.

All entrants will participate in the Runway Show. Please indicate if you would also like to be entered into the Judged Contest. (You do not need to participate in the Contest in order to participate in the Runway Show.)

Everyone who walks the runway is eligible to win a swag bag from RNK Distributing and Famore Cutlery. Only those who entered the Judged Contest will be eligible for cash prizes and the swag bag.

The Runway Show & Contest is limited to the first 30 qualified entrants (only 20 of those can be part of the Judged Contest).

On Saturday at the Expo:

• If you have entered the Judged Contest, check in at the Registration Desk in the lobby by 1:30 PM Saturday. You will be instructed on where to gather between 1:45pm-2:00pm for the first round of judging. Final judging will happen at the Runway Show at 3:00pm. Costumes will be judged on a body.

• All participants should meet in the dressing room behind the Expo Stage at 2:40 PM to be lined up in order of participation.

• The Runway Show & Contest will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.

By entering and participating, you agree any photograph or video taken may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to email, print and social media. Group and individual photos on the runway stage are welcome at the end of the show after the contest winners have been announced.
