The early bird discount is not applicable with other discounts. Teaching credits do not qualify as a booth deposit.

*The above prices do not include the processing fee of 3.5% added for all payments made by credit card

Once your booth application is approved, you will receive an invoice to the business email address you provided above. You may pay by check or by credit card.

If you pay by check, deduct the Surcharge from your Total Due.
