• Print, review and sign the Rules page, and bring it with you to the Expo.
• Drop off your project at the Registration Desk between 8:00 AM and 11:30 AM on Saturday for judging. The participant does not need to be present at the time of project drop-off.
• All garments, quilts and other projects should arrive on hangers. Projects that do not hang easily should be placed in a bag with handles. Because judging is anonymous, please refrain from labeling your project with your name.
• All participants should meet at the Expo Stage at 2:00 PM to prepare for the 2:30 PM show. If you are modeling a garment, you will be directed to the dressing area near the stage (or restroom) so you may change prior to the show.
