Open to all quilt makers: Artisans and Masters

Contest Entry deadline: September 6, 2022

Entry photos will be juried and fifty (50) finalist entries will be chosen to for in-person judging. The announcement will be made on September 8, 2022. If your entry is selected as a finalist, you will be notified with further instructions by email.

Acclaimed NACQJ certified judge Sherry Massey will select the winners on October 19, 2022.

Winners will be announced at 12:00 PM CST on October 20, 2022, at the Expo in Lebanon, TN and online at SewingExpo.com/QuiltContest

Prizes:

- Best of Show is awarded a Ribbon and $2,500 (grand prize)

- Expo's Choice is awarded a Ribbon and $1,000

- Veiwer's Choice is awarded a Ribbon and $500

- First place in each division is awarded a Ribbon and $500

- All other First place winners in each category will be awarded a Ribbon

- All Second place winners in each category will be awarded a Ribbon

- All Finalists receive an exclusive swag bag from Original Sewing & Quilt Expo

PART SIX: Traveling Quilt Display

We will curate a group of quilts called 'Best of the Expo' to be exhibited at Original Sewing & Quilt Expo events in 2023.

Quilts will be selected in October 2022. If selected, you will be given further instructions at that time, and your quilt will be traveling from February through November of 2023.

At all times your Quilt will be securely handled by the expert staff of Original Sewing & Quilt Expo. It will be insured, stored and exhibited in climate controled enviroments.
