What a great fun way to make those EyE SpY quilts! Placement is key in this fun version of EyE SpY for babies and adults alike! We'll use acrylic templates to cut our novelty fabric and a solid for the star points to showcase each one, making this an exciting starry adventure! Quick and easy cutting techniques using acrylic templates are in store as well as fussy cutting those novelty fabrics with ease! Bring your own fabric; see supply list for details.

Experience Level:
All with a bit of piecing experience.
Prerequisite:
Be able to sew an accurate1/4-inch seam allowance.

Advance Prep:
Pre-cut the novelty fabric into 5-inch squares centering the design for eye spy or fat quarters work well, you can cut them in class.

Cut the solid (star points) into 2 1/4-inch strips.
Supply List:
Basic sewing supplies including matching thread (black, white, gray and ecru thread will be available for classroom use); rotary cutter with new blade; 6 x 24-inch ruler. Note: Rotary cutting mats will be available in the classroom.

Fabric requirements:
- (60-65) 5-inch squares of lovely eye spy centers (solid fabric if not making eye spy
- At least 1 yard - Matching solid color(s) for star points OR (20) 2 1/4-inch strips
