Knit a Cap for the Beanie Brigade
Since 2002, the Beanie Brigade has been supplying beanies and other items to the young and needy. Volunteers knit, crochet and sew preemie hats, blankets, booties, chemo caps and other items for babies, children, and young adults who need a little tender loving care. 56 colorful caps were made at our Fall 2007 events and were sent to Ronald McDonald Charities for the November shipment. Thanks to all the many caring attendees who joined us in the Knitting Center and contributed their time and talents to create these adorable items!
