You know all the fun and excitement Georgia Quilt Show brings. From the classes, displays, great shopping and meeting new friends who share the same passion as you, Georgia Quilt Show brings together this unique, talented community of quilters for three days of inspiration and fun. You can volunteer to become a part of this great event, by becoming an Ambassador!
Our Ambassador Program is open to individuals as well as members of groups such as the American Sewing Guild and quilt guilds.
Ambassadors earn great personal rewards, such as free general admission on the day you volunteer, special prizes and free classes!
Plus.....groups can earn a free booth! Here's how it works:
We would like to offer your guild a chance to hang an opportunity quilt in the Exhibit Hall this year. With this booth space, you can also sign up new members, promote your group's upcoming events, and show off the beautiful work your guild members have done over the last year to inspire everyone who passes by. In exchange for space at Georgia Quilt Show, guilds are asked to participate as ambassadors by filling volunteer shifts. A shift is generally described a as half-day commitment. You are of course welcome to participate for more hours than requested! Guilds are also required to supply a certificate of liability insurance. If your guild does not carry insurance, please contact us for available options.
