Hand quilting can be a very fun and satisfying experience. It’s quiet, portable and contains its own special type of beauty and artisan-ship. In this unique ‘hoopless’ workshop, Sharon shares with you all the little tips and tricks that make her own artful approach much more accurate and easier to execute than you may have experienced in the past. If you’re a beginner – great! If you are experienced, it’ll be a time to learn a new way and decide, with each project, which you’ll choose to use in the future. Bring your own fabric; see supply list for details.

Supply List: Paper scissors, fabric scissors, small scissors or snips, straight pins, pencil, marking instrument (pen, pencil or chalk) and seam ripper, Millners® needle size 8 or 10, Betweens hand quilting needles, hand quilting thread, angled tweezers

Fabric requirements:
- 24 inch x 24 inch prepared quilt sandwich (plain cotton muslin top, cotton or wool batting, and plain cotton muslin backing)
