Liability Insurance

Every exhibitor is required to have Liability Insurance. An Insurance fee of $120 is added to each exhibit space (one or multiple booths incur only one insurance fee). You may provide a Certificate of Liability showing Comprehensive General Liability Insurance for a limit of not less than $1,000,000 for the duration of the show in order to receive an insurance credit of $120. The certificate must show current coverage limits and name MS. Productions, Inc. as an "additionally insured certificate holder". The certificate must be received by MS. Productions, Inc. on or before the deadline of fifteen days prior to move-in. If you are renewing a current policy we must be notified by the deadline to prevent you from being added to the group policy. Certificates of Liability submitted after the deadline may not be accepted without notice, and no credit applied.

If you do not wish to provide this Certificate of Liability, you will be added to our exhibitor group policy and no credit will be given. If you have any questions about insurance, please call us at 888-699-6309.

Click here for an example of the form we require. This is a universal form used by all insurance companies. The critical information is in red, but all areas on form should be completed.
