Every time Betty looks through a catalog for inspiration, she finds she's attracted to garments with scallop detail. And what better way to make uniform scallops on your own garments (and other projects) than with a ruler designed just for that! Join the fun as you construct a notebook of samples including necklines, hems and closures with “tulip” edging, using both knit and woven fabrics. You’ll get lessons about size and scale as you learn to create them as a single layer or in a double-layer style using coordinated fabrics. Impressive effects for adults and children, casual clothing or special occasion garments … and really fun to make!
