Carnival is a fun, modern twist on a traditional Dresden quilt. Start by building a paneled background. Follow that with some fussy cutting to take advantage of striped/chevron fabric, and complete your workshop with two different applique techniques in this fun and productive workshop. Bring your own fabric; see supply list for details.
