This simple, classic, dropped shoulder kimono with sleeve variations is sure to become a wardrobe favorite. Easy to make and an absolute delight to wear, this fun and flattering soft ‘jacket’ will acquaint you with the rolled edge feature of your serger and help you gain confidence. A worksheet and ‘cutting’ instructions will enable you to tear the kimono fabric to your personal measurements. All construction and most finishing will be done in class on the serger, once you’ve used your scraps to test and perfect the settings for a beautiful rolled edge. You’ll complete your Kimono in class. Mini trunk show included. Bring your own fabric; see supply list for details
