Joyce’s enthusiasm for color exploration is infectious. Throughout her techniques oriented workshop, explore methods to transform plain yardage into one-of-a-kind fabric, appropriate for use in any project – from traditional quilts to art quilts to innovative wearables. Experiment with all the techniques required to start making a 12 inch “Tree of Life” quilt block, which can be completed at home. Using Joyce’s choice of applicator tools, various media, Tsukineko inks and TSC stencils, you will find inspiration to create unique fabrics that reflect your own color and design sensibilities. Bring your own fabric; see supply list for details.
