You know all the fun and excitement the Expo brings to your city. From the classes, displays, great shopping and meeting new friends who share the same passion as you, the Expo brings together this unique, talented community of sewers and quilters for three days of inspiration and fun. You can volunteer to become a part of this great event, by becoming an Expo Ambassador!

Our Ambassador Program is open to individuals as well as members of groups such as the American Sewing Guild and quilt guilds.

Ambassadors earn great personal rewards, such as free general admission on the day you volunteer, special Expo Prizes and free classes!

Plus.....groups can earn a free booth! Here's how it works:
Members can sign up to work at the Expo in half-day shifts. For every full day worked, they receive more and more rewards and accumulate hours for the group. When a group accumulates at least 24 volunteer days (or 48 ½-days) with twelve of those ½ days as Exhibit Hall Ticket Takers, they are eligible to receive a free booth space at the Expo! With this booth space, you can sign up new members, promote your group's upcoming events, and show off the beautiful work your guild members have done over the last year to inspire everyone who passes by.
